Allan Miskell

Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on March 22, 2006, after a long and courageous battle with leukemia.

Allan was in his third year of studies at the University of Ottawa, working towards his Bachelor of Music degree. He was a very talented and versatile percussionist. He played in a number of university ensembles, some Ottawa Symphony Orchestra concerts, and his own rock and roll group Keystone Species. He was very highly regarded and loved by all his fellow students and the musicians he worked with in Local 180.
