Gerard Rivet
1927 – 2003
Bass player, Gerard Rivet, age 76, passed away Friday, October 31, 2003.
He worked with the Central Air Force Band from 1954 until 1967, the Ottawa Philharmonic, the CBC Chamber Orchestra, Orpheus, l’Orchestre de chambre de Outaouais, and many local gigs with various groups throughout his career.
He is survived by his four children and six grandchildren. His passion was for his music and his family. He will be missed by many.
